Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scribbles' website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or save into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Scribbles a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you — including running AI features you invoke. If you choose to publish content, you also grant us the right to display and distribute it as needed to serve that public URL.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights to upload it. Do not upload content that infringes on the rights of others, violates the law, or breaches a confidentiality obligation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law; (d) use the Service to build a competing product; (e) upload content that is defamatory, harassing, infringing, or harmful; or (f) use the Service to send spam or transmit malware.

Plans, billing, and refunds

The Service may include free and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from within the Service or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices and plan features with reasonable notice.

Third-party services

The Service may interoperate with or rely on third-party services (for example, AI providers, payment processors, email and SMS providers, and integrations you connect). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Beta features

From time to time, we may offer beta, preview, or experimental features. These features are provided as-is, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may behave differently than the rest of the Service. Back up anything that matters.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribbles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scribbles and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
