This is the first post on the Scribbles blog.

We've been building Scribbles for a while now — quietly, heads down, trying to figure out what it means to make a tool that actually helps people think. Not just store notes. Not just organize information. But think.

Why we're writing here

Most product blogs are changelog dumps. Feature X shipped. Bug Y fixed. We want this to be different.

We'll write about the ideas behind Scribbles — why we believe the tools people use to think are fundamentally broken, what we're doing about it, and what we're learning along the way. Some posts will be about the product. Some will be about the problems we're obsessed with. Some will just be us thinking out loud.

That's kind of the whole point of Scribbles, after all.
